The headless priest and its connection to Gomburza
During 17th century, a fictional mansion in the game of Nightfall was established to served as a torture cell to all those who violates the rule of Spain. The mansion has an underground basement that served as prison for priest and filipino mestizo who undergo series of trial before they reached their final judgement.
In the aftermath of the 1872 Cavite mutiny, the unknown priest was sent into exile in this mansion in Northern, Luzon while Mariano Gómez, José Burgos, and Jacinto Zamora, collectively known as Gomburza were executed by garrote in Bagumbayan.
Players of Nightfall will unfold the story of the headless priest as they discover what really happened to the family that lived there.
